Terms of use

These terms set out the conditions for using Timeline.az. By signing up or using the platform, you agree to them.
1. What the platform is
Timeline.az brings agencies, vendors, freelancers, equipment rental and event venues together in one place, and publishes tenders, job posts, ratings, research and appointment news. The platform introduces the parties to each other but is not a party to the contracts they make.
2. Account
- You must give accurate information when you sign up. A company account can only be opened with the company’s corporate email.
- You are responsible for keeping your password safe. If you see that someone else is using your account, write to us immediately.
- Opening an account in someone else’s name or claiming to represent another company is not allowed.
3. Profiles and content
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you post on your profile and on the platform. The following are not allowed:
- false or misleading information;
- insults, discrimination or content that violates the rights of others;
- spam or posting the same listing over and over;
- uploading images or materials whose copyright belongs to someone else without permission;
- offering products or services that are prohibited by law.
We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend the account without notice.
4. Reviews
- A review must be based on real experience of working together. One account can write only one review per profile.
- A company cannot review its own profile. Writing deliberately negative reviews about competitors and buying reviews are not allowed.
- Reviews found to be fake are removed.
5. Ratings and “Timeline pick”
Ratings are based on user reviews and the platform’s published criteria. A place in the ratings and the “Timeline pick” badge are not for sale. VIP and Premium are paid placements and are always shown with their own badge.
6. Tenders and job posts
- A tender owner must describe the requirements accurately, and a vendor must only bid for work it can deliver.
- Price, deadlines and payment terms are agreed between the parties. The platform does not guarantee payments or the delivery of the work.
- Job posts may only be placed by verified employers and only for real positions.
7. Plans, advertising and promotion
Prices are shown on the “Plans and advertising” page. A service is activated after payment is confirmed. If you cancel before the service starts, the payment is refunded; once it has started, there is no refund for the unused part.
8. Intellectual property
You keep the rights to the content you upload. By uploading it, you give us a free, perpetual permission to show it on the platform and in the platform’s promotion. The platform’s name, logo, research and ratings belong to the platform’s owner. They may be quoted with the source credited; copying them in full requires written permission.
9. Limitation of liability
The platform is provided “as is”. We try to check the information in profiles, but we do not guarantee the quality of third parties’ services. We may help resolve disputes between the parties, but we are not a party to them.
10. Closing an account
You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan. Disputes are first settled through negotiation and, if no agreement is reached, by the courts of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
12. Changes
When these terms change, the new version is published on this page. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the new terms.
